Tell me if you can relate...

Christmas comes and goes, and suddenly you are staring a brand new year right in the face. Maybe you let your routine slip through the holidays, maybe you weren’t as consistent with your fitness routine throughout the year as you had hoped, and now you are looking to start FRESH.

I know, I’ve been there. The problem isn’t that we want to make a change, it usually is that we don’t know how to make a realistic, SUSTAINABLE change. We make these lofty goal that we can’t keep up with much past the first 2 weeks of January.

New Year’s Resolutions are usually full of great intentions, but tell me this, who remembers theirs from last year? Who remembers their resolutions from this year??

Rather than totally bailing on your resolutions this year, let me help you set yourself up to crush your goals in 2019. This is EXACTLY why I created the “Rewrite your Resolution” challenge!

So, Let’s set some goals, make a plan, and get moving!

Trust me, I get it.

Life is busy, our days are full, and we are just trying to squeeze everything before we go to bed at night and focusing on OUR GOALS seems to be pushed to the bottom of the priority list. What if I told you that it didn’t have to be that way? We can make ourselves a priority and still do the things that we NEED to get done every day.

How do I know it’s possible? Because I have learned how to do it and I have been teaching other mamas how to do it to!

So, what's the secret?

The secret is to work SMARTER, not harder.

The secret is to have a PLAN.

The secret is to be REALISITIC.

The secret is to find the right SUPPORT.

And that is exactly what this challenge is for!

What can you expect from this challenge?

You will be given 4 workouts that can be done AT HOME (or the gym) in 30 minutes or less.

Modifications to meet you where you are NOW and help get you to where you want to be.

Guidance in setting realistic fitness goals to help you be successful.

Support from an online group of women working along side you to crush your 2019 fitness goals.

Coaching from a physical therapist to address some of the common problems we as women face when it comes to being more active.

Daily check-ins to help keep you accountable and working towards your goals!

Who is this challenge for?

Women looking to make a sustainable change to their fitness routine.

Women looking for a fitness routine that fits into their busy lives.

Women who are ready to make and crush their goals for 2019.

Women looking for the support of other women to make a life change.

Women looking for more confidence in themselves.

Who is this challenge NOT for?

Women looking to spend hours in the gym.

Women looking for a quick fix program.

Women who aren’t ready to make themselves or their goals a priority.

What do other women have to say?

I learned that I can lift heavier than I thought I could. I've been taking it easy since my girls were born and not challenging myself. The instructions to GO HEAVY inspired me to really push myself and I can feel it paying off!

I love Kelsey and her workouts because she knows the reality of the busy life of a mom! She formulates her workouts to get the most out of the time we set aside. I didn’t know I could get SO sore after just 20 minutes! Kelsey doesn’t expect perfection, just to do a little better every day, which is something everyone can commit to

Just want to say that I love Kelsey’s approach to fitness, nutrition and balance. I believe if I had someone coaching me in the time that I was raising my children, that I might be in a different place now, both physically and emotionally. So many programs out there focus on the workout and that in needs to “get done”, no matter the cost. Kelsey’s focus is on helping you find a way to make it happen in your current circumstance. Sometimes the workout doesn’t go as planned, but modifications can be made to start where you are. Kelsey’s workouts are creative, effective and challenging. I love that they can be done at home or at a gym. I also appreciate the support that Kelsey provides regarding balance and realistic expectations. Considering the body image issues that women can potentially face and being worried about measuring results based on the number on the scale is something that Kelsey helped many women (including me) work through. Recognizing that our bodies are amazing and can do amazing things is something I learned working with Kelsey. She is positive, energetic and on the leading edge of fitness and coaching techniques. I highly recommend working with her, no matter what stage of life you’re in ….you won’t be disappointed.
